* Use our services for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activity.
* Share account access with unauthorized users.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and software on Olive and the Whale, Pink Beluga Sites, and Lazer Focused are owned by Lazer Focused, LLC or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our platforms for their intended purpose. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you through your use of our services.
7. Messaging & SMS Policy (A2P Compliance)
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring promotional and transactional text messages from Olive and the Whale, Pink Beluga Sites, and/or Lazer Focused.
